I learnt how to make royal icing flowers and weave basket icing for the first time. I must say the flowers were beautiful and I went ahead and made lots and lots of flowers until my hand gave up.

GORGEOUS!! This must have been hard to do- the basket-like decorating.. I have ALWAYS been fascinated by cake decorating but have never taken a class.... Oh... Looks sooooo good!!--- Leesa
